Our Story

Welcome! My name is Anateresa De Leon, MS, RD. I am a registered dietitian and tube feeding specialist, working with individuals across a wide range of clinical areas, including diabetes, bariatrics, kidney and heart disease, obesity, and advanced enteral nutrition support.

I started this practice to offer nutrition care that’s both science-driven and human. I have always been fascinated by how food can heal, connect, and empower. By blending my experience as a registered dietitian and tube feeding specialist with a Health at Every Size® and food freedom approach, my goal is to make everyone feel supported no matter where they start.

My journey to achieving this dream began at Arizona State University, where I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics. Along the way, I recognized how often non-English speakers face barriers in healthcare, which is why providing care in both English and Spanish has become an important way for me to make nutrition support more inclusive and accessible.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: nutrition should always be grounded in science, but shaped around you. I may be the expert in nutrition, but you’re the expert in your own life — and together we can find an approach that feels sustainable and achievable.

If you’re ready to feel more confident about food, improve your health without restriction, or finally get support that actually fits your life, I’d love to work with you. Let’s take the next step together — reach out today to get started!
